The thing I love about RDZ the most is....

He finally made Solly the player he was destined to become.

Lots of managers have tried but RDZ had the secret sauce.

My stand out performance this season and the 1 that I simply couldn't believe at the time was the 4 goal lead at home to spurs when we had so many players out injured. I say upto the point around 80 mins when we battered them but in last 10 they could of pulled it back to 4-4! When teams were announced I think everyone on here including myself thought we'd get hammered. 80 mins brilliant, last 10 a shambles. That was Roberto's brilliance and flaws all in 1.
