What Was Your FAVOURITE Controversial Refereeing Decision That went Brightons Way?

NSC's Most Stalked
There have been a fair few in my time watching the Albion.

I reckon most recently was the referees decision at Hartlepool to let Bas Savages CLEAR handball go, he then bundled a last minute winner in and the Albion crowd went MENTAL celebrating

I guess technically Sneaky George's goal when he hid behind the goal post could have been disallowed for leaving the field of play without permission. Probably could have given a free kick against him too for fouling the 'keeper.

A clear winner in my eyes!

I seem to remember Bobby Zamora kicking the ball out of the Cheaterfield goalkeepers hand in a 2-1 victory and rolling the ball in the net and the ref giving it.

Ooh actually scratch my last post. This one was hilarious, all their fans accusing us of CHEATING. You quite literally couldn't have made it up. :D :D

Have to say the decision to kick off at all was somewhat daft, and we lost the replayed game, though with not such a hit to our goal average.Rugger of a drive home, too.

Is it just an old wives tale that Kit Napier once scored when someone blew a whistle in the crowd and the opposition goalkeeper put the ball down for the "kick" and Kit tapped it in?

If it never happened,it should have!
