Ocean Colour Scene at Barrowlands about a year ago, Not as good as on previous occasions but still really good.

As for the OP, i saw Paul Weller a couple of years back at the SECC and was also disappointed, guess i still expected him to trot out a constant stream of Jam classics :(

Brighton - In your face
Half Man Half Biscuit at Shepherds Bush on Friday. HMHB were their usual witty selves (Bass player was introduced as "the only man ever to be thrown out of the Eden Project") but the Empire is a pig when they fill the floor that much and the sound engineer needed shooting, grumble, moan, Guinness £4.55 a pint..

The Empire is terribly managed which is a real shame. I hope I never have to go to a gig there again.

KISS - Wembley Arena

I resisted the temptation to slap on the facepaint.

Great gig though and brought back some awesome memories.

Adam Ant at the Concorde 2 about half an hour ago

f***ing amazing seeing such an 80's icon in a small venue. Played loads of early singles and b-sides along with the top 20 hits

Quality

Was there too and he absolutely rocked. Loved the cover of Get it On and early stuff was immense. Actually felt myself singing along at times............A N TS........you can dye your hair green, listen to Zerox machine!

Last 'big' gig was The Stones at O2 amazing.

However my son took me to see Stiff Little Fingers at Concorde 2 (knowing I was a fan when younger) and the blew the crowd away!!

Yep and the Sachsgate girl on backing vocals to boot - you can see why Russell Brand went there! Would watch the entire show again in a heartbeat - just immense.
