What tips would you give a 21-year-old you?

Barrel of Fun

Abort, retry, fail
Find a position in which you are able to follow your dreams and bloody well go for it.

E.g. if you want to be an actor, find somewhere with the lowest possible rent (home or friends) and throw yourself in to it. Don't get sidetracked by doing something that pays well to support yourself.

100% towards your goal. It's worth a try at least.

i was a complete shambles at 21. i'd probably tell myself to stop trying pretending to be something you're not and that the world doesn't owe you a living- you have to get off your arse and try
Harsh words. I guess you wasted your life :(

my life quite dramatically changed for the better about 2 years ago (aged 25)
Oh - so you didn't do much for a few years, and then all was good :lolol:

Don't end up marrying that girl you meet on your 21st birthday.

Stay in the RAF.
