I was up at 6:45, breakfasting around 7:20 and in the office around 8:20.

I am now knackered, it is 5pm and I still have a few hours to go.

On the plus side, lunch on the roof terrace was very pleasant - it was well over 30 degrees and I was able to procure a spot in the shade.
