I tend to get up about 5-5.30 but that's because I don't like to rush. It also means that I'm never late for work which also means I don't have to rush to get going there. It's not a hardship as even the cummute is relatively relaxed. I could get up later but this is easier.
My alarm is set for 07:20 but today didn't struggle out of bed until 07:45. So I will be late and its raining so a wet cycle to work. Plus I have a meeting with my manager at 10:00.
Alarm goes off at 7.15, but I always send Mrs Truf to the bathroom first so I get to listen to the radio until 7.45. I can start work any time I like - my office is 45cm from the bedroom...
The alarm goes of just before 7, a leisurely cup of tea and knock up a sarnie. Kiss the wife goodbye(she'll be in bed for at least another 45 mins from now), 10 minute cycle to work(15 in the car) and here I am at my desk, on my own for the first hour - so a quick check on the news etc, and I look hard at it as the 9 o'clockers arrive. I'm out of the door sharp-ish at half 4 every day - anything later is over-time
On a school day between 7.45 and 8.00 depending on whether I have the car or not.
I'm always in a rush though no matter what.
Otherwise half 8/9.00/9.30, whatever takes my fancy.
