Mondays and Fridays I work from home, so up at 7.45. Hit the gym, home for 9ish to log on. Tues/Wed/Thur up at 4.15, leave the house at 5, drive in to london and at my desk in the docklands just after 6am .
When in office: Alarm 0430, snooze 10 mins, leave house 0540, at desk 0820
WFH: Alarm 0830, snooze 10 mins, log-on 0841
two hours forty minutes...Thats one hell of a commute..where to ?

That is early and then you have a two hour 40 mins commute each way. How do you do it?
up at 5.15am, gym kit on and out the door by 5.30am
Arrive Bristol 6.15, gym for an hour and 15mins followed by shower and in work by 8.
That's probably a bit too much detail isn't it!
