That seafood platter sounds good to me.

We have a variety of meat and game for tomorrow. Turkey, mallard, partridge, venison, widgeon, partridge, woodcock, beef and some lamb that we kept especially from our flock this past summer.

As well as the usual veggies, bacon, sausages, home made stuffing, bread sauce, jellies etc.

Pudding here is a cheesecake that I am in the process of making, a lemon meringue pie if I can be bothered to make one, a plum pudding, trifle and I made some ice cream for the children over the weekend. As well as Christmas cake etc.

Edit to say that we have 19 adults and I think 12 children here tomorrow. That is not all just for my brood.

And you managed to do all of this as well as look after a nw baby. Starry stand up and take a bow.

Hope Oisin got home in time for Santy and he is still doing all the things that he is supposed to do.

I sort of cheated about 75% of stuff was done before I went into labour and shoved into the deep freeze. Heh.

He did get home in time for Christmas, he came home last Wednesday, aged 6 and a half weeks and is doing wonderfully. He is the least trouble in this household.
