Four at the back and any variation in front of the basic four to six man defensive block when in possession.

4-3-3 is my personal favourite (not with the current midfield) or a Capello-like 4-4-2, but that only means one winger more like Gus Poyet played.

I would like us to stay in the Prem for the next few years to become a more established premier league team. I fear that because so many fans are demanding "have a go"football we will do a Fulham and get picked apart each week. The only difference is our squad is even worse than Fulham's so we'll be the first relegated team next year. But at least everyone will be watching entertaining football with us losing each week.

Something a bit like Leeds V Derby tonight would be good.
Lots of aggression and accurate shots on target.
Of course we can defend much better than that, though.
