Well, when I had my haemorrhoids need bursting I was getting constipation constellation so I DID see the stars.....

Never had the....' Chalfonts '...' Farmers '....etc before but judging from the noise in the next cubicle to me at A & E once...the guy was in agony. He either had a low pain threshold or they were really painful.
