[Food] What sort of spoon do you eat cereal with?

I'm not normally a cereal person but a box of something was bought in error and rather than waste it, I'm using it up.

Every morning when I open the cutlery drawer, I am torn as to which spoon I should be using.

I've been tending to go for the trusty dessert spoon, but I suspect that this is because I'm a pig and it allows me to shovel more in.

Is a teaspoon more the done thing?

Oddly I use a dessert spoon for cereal, but a teaspoon for desserts at home. Savouring every moment.

This. Also the sort of desserts I go for are normally far smaller than my cereal would be, so it kinda makes sense when you think about it.

I have no problem with a tea spoon for desserts especially for ice reams etc.

If however its a solid pudding with custard etc then a dessert spoon is still required.

I think they got it right in the first place. Teaspoon for stirring tea, dessert spoon for eating desserts, tablespoon for serving at the table and greedy bar stewards, soup spoon for soup.

I think a bowl of cereal could equate to a dessert, so the correct answer is a dessert spoon.
