Never will understand how all this being in one country and playing in the league of another works! When the likes of Rangers and Celtic want to do it, it's frowned upon!

Dundee should absolutely NOT get promotion. Dunfermline should not be relegated as Rangers have effectively been relegated in their place.

Dunfermline were relegated because Rangers finished above them.....only because Rangers had players they shouldn't have had. If Rangers had the players they could actually afford (youth and freebies)....they would have finished bottom.

Dunfermline should retain their SPL status on those grounds.

But it's Scotland...who knows....?

I lived in Dunfermline until I was 14. Watched Dunfermline go from near the bottom of the Scottish 2nd to the Premier. John Watson up front, Jim Leishman as manager. Those were the days!! They even ended up on Pebble Mill at One singing "We're the Boys from East End Park" to the Eastenders theme tune. I might still have that somewhere.

This is the line that an official from Dunfermline was promoting on radio earlier. Their trouble is they have already offloaded players as they expected life in Div 1.
