Totally depends where I am. At where I currently work one of these station's is on depending which of the bosses has tuned the radio in (from left to right in order of best to complete crap): Gold, XFM, Splash, Heart, Capital

Otherwise, BBC Sussex, for Albion games, 5Live for other sport & Danny Baker/FT, and Gold for my music.

Even split between BBC Radio stations depending on time of day and if I am driving: Radio 2 (although I can't bear either Vine or Wright), Radio 4 and Radio Sussex (ditto for Pringle)

6music for eating breakfast and making tea. The rest of the days audio is a mix of listening to my vinyl, searching for potential vinyl purchases via streams and youtube, and the iPod dock.

Have to say that I have reached that age, where I mostly listen to Radio 2.

You're not alone
I would listen to 6 Music a bit more if the light on my DAB radio dial hadn't died, so moving station from its residency on Radio 2 is a bit hit and miss.
Mind you, in the bathroom, where we have an old school analogue radio, it's either BBC Sussex or Talksport.
