As DTG said, Guitar Hero 1 and 2 obviously. I've never had so much fun with my trousers on.
I've also recently picked up Vice City Stories on the PSP, which is just so good I nearly cried. The classic 80's tracks on the radio stations are truley something to BEHOLD.

Two games that I keep going back to and playing again are The Warriors and Freedom Fighters. Both really playable and superb fun.
