We'll assume that the reports of a rejected £5m bid are correct.

So, what offer would you accept?

Watch my lips. 10 million or do one. Also, stop leaking to the press, you are starting to look desperate.

I'm taking the TB approach - £10M in cash upfront.

Do you not think that maybe it is BRIGHTON leaking to the press to try and get rid of our current reputation (with our own fans at least) that we are selling club. Not the usual way the club does their work but wouldn't surprise me if they were showing the fans they wont sell players for peanuts

I guess it depends... maybe Southampton would be interested too now?? £7m would be plenty in my book... anything more is a bonus.

We have no reason to sell save for a ridiculous bid. He's under contract for another three(?) years and is a rather important part of our team. What other teams value him at currently is irrelevant. Give us £15mil and we'll talk. Until then, go fish.

We already need 2 strikers, so selling Leo would leave us needing 3.

So he is 'priceless' to us.

Would settle for 11-12 million if he really wanted to go.

I've put 6 but I'm surprised we have turned down 5 if I'm honest.

I also put 6, but it would obviously be good to get a bit more. In honesty having paid we understand about 2 mill I think it's good business. I like Leo, but he's not at least in my opinion a goal poacher. We've just had a season of missed chances let's find a speedy goal grabber who is dynamic around the goal area.

C'mon Moneybags Leicester "let's be havin you" !

If Ulloa goes for £8m he isn't twice as good as Lambert or 1/3 of Andy Carroll. Prices seem to reflect how desperate the buying club are to get them in,how long left on the contract and what the player will do if he isn't granted a move. Either that, or the negotiations are done when the chairman are absolutely smashed given the radomness of the figures below. There is a distinct lack of sense in some of them.

Rickie Lambert has a £4m price tag
Adam Le Fondre went for £2.5 Million (undisclosed to Cardiff)
Jordan Rhodes £8 mill
Ade Akinbiyi £5.5 mill
Michael Rickets £3.5 mill
Afonso Alves £13 mill in 2007
Andy Carroll £35 million

given the time it took us to replace Murray - and that we were crying out for the target man that we now have (for some while) - all the time our then manager and Barber telling us weekly how pricey goalscorers are...

why the fark would we sell him with no replacement lined up?
