What one thing would you change at the Amex ?

I am surprised that there is still a lot of grey concrete rather than painting or covering it all blue. St Mary's for example has red covering on every stairway, vomitory and advertising area, looks a lot smarter IMHO.

Put the away fans in the corner and not behind the goal, which I thought was the plan at the start of the season...... but not much really.

Put the away fans next to the North stand in the east and remove the offices behind the North to make the North stand bigger as 1 tier

Now, that's not a bad starter. I'd say move the away to a section of East plus East upper, make the South Stand the family area.
