Greetings from an internet caff in Levenshulme, Manchester.
15th gig in a row with Glastonwick in the middle, about the 25th since the beginning of May, bloody knackered but having great fun. Had to get the gigs in before the WC starts - needless to say the tour finishes Friday!
Gerd Dembowski is indeed a really good mate of mine. St Pauli fan and head of BAFF, the German equivalent of the Football Supporters' Association. He's been to both Fans United games, some of the demonstrations and many other Albion games besides, many more recently since he got himself a Brighton based Seagulls fan girlfriend. Lovely bloke. Heavily involved in the campaign to keep admission prices low (average about a tenner or less) terraces intact (they are, everywhere) and to stamp out racism (much more difficult) in Germany./
As for LDC, more from me when I get back home.
