Sorry for the late reply; I've been out drinking. 3 pints of ale, 3 double glenlivets. I did spend a few minutes commiserating the demise of the cuddly badger though.

Bit late but it was one bottle of Summer Lightning followed by a nice cup of tea and bedtime

I drowned my sorrows and assuaged my anger at the unscrupulous way the Honey Badger was defeated in WHC QF4 by downing a bottle and a bit of Mendoza's finest Malbec. Woke up this morning with a headache and depression.

Kung Fu Girl Reisling. A USA wine from Washington State. Sounds weird as hell from the name but serve it chilled and you're away.

Followed up by The Foundry Rousanne from Stellenbosch. Pretty decent. Nice and dry.

North Stand Chat. Just so much classier than its rivals. You don't get Palace threads comparing wines, cheese and artisan foods.
