What needs to change?

1. We need to score more goals. We haven't had a decent striker that can get us 20+ goals per season since Leon Knight. We can create the chances but can't convert with anything like the rate required. Slade said as much on Saturday. We need more from midfield/defence too.

2. We need a defence that stays on the pitch for 90 mins. No surprises that our best results have been when we've managed just that.

Appointed a good manager. Kept the same shit coaches.

What sort of choice was it?

I mean I've heard people say "he gets on with bob booker", I've heard no one say "he gets on with dean white", I haven't heard "he only gets on with Booker" - I hear 'he chose them' but have never heard 'he get on with white'.)
