go to chili pepper pete get some Danger - 6.4 Million Scoville Heat Units Extract Chili extract, thats what they use at burger off.

As unhealthy and greasy as they were, Id swap the old Withdean burgers for the crap we get now! Thank god for the pies!!!

And in answer to the question, melted Stilton and raw onion and a dash of Dijon mustard.

My patented Satayburgers are so good you will each send me £10 for telling you about them:

-Steak mince
-Diced ginger (very small cubes)
- Crushed and diced garlic
-Green chillies ( incl seeds)
-Dijon Mustard
-Dark Soy sauce (lots)
-Sesame Oil ( lots)
- Tub of peanut butter
- Finely diced spring onions and chives
-Ground pepper ( no need for salt)

Mix in bowl (thoroughly) but do not use electric whisk etc
Leave overnight
4oz portions

Leave for two hours

Try a brioche bun rather than the usual sesame bap. Of course, you could also try the man v food krispy kreme ring donut instead of the bun if you feel really lardy.
