Joe always cooks at home (tonight is a very delicious smelling beef bourguignon), so my forte has become attempting to produce fantastic meals when we are away in the motorhome......Think three ring hob, and motorhm oven and grill....Its been a great challenge so far which includes a good deal of chicken dishes and pasta, but going to get more adventurous soon...

Hope that Beef has been simmering for hours..,!

I make a very good fry up. And I can also make quite a nice cup of tea to go with it.

Always enjoyed cooking. My latest quick (10 mins) and easy supper is:

Chopped chorizo slowly sauted until almost crispy (or Sainsburys pepperoni - but must be the spicy one) then throw in some cooked pasta, creme fraiche, St Agur (the creamy version in a little pot), lots of black pepper, serve with green veg (courgettes sauteed in butter garlic & chilli flakes) or some salad leaves. Yum yum, very popular in the SoC household.

My favourites include:

Full English breakfast
Sunday roast (mainly Beef or Lamb)
Cold left over roast meat with bubble & squeak made from left over roast pots, roast onion, parsnips, swede, butternut, carrots & sprouts
Thai chicken curry
Chilli
Lasagne
Spag Bol
Summer pudding
St Clements meringues (pre-made meringues filled with a mix of creme fraiche, lemon curd & caster sugar). Served chilled with slices of orange, very refreshing!

The beverage has to be either tea, a quality beer or a decent vin rouge
