A leaf blower and a chain saw. Total game changers.

But had to have my two big trees taken out a while back, so the chain saw is considerably less useful to me now. I keep trying to find excuses to break it out.

My second hand office chair for £25 quid 8 years ago. It's on it's way out now, but it's been brilliant for long hours home working.

My basement flat in Goldstone Road in Hove, 1983, £17k .... sold 18 months later for more than double, £39000 .. got me on the road to mortgage free by the age of 40.

Also, I bought an old Islamic brass and silver inlaid bowl at a church table sale in Bideford for 50p.. sold it online auction for £575 to a buyer from the US.
