What is the going rate for a driving licence and a OAP's bus pass ?

A FRIEND of mine has ASKED me how much do you THINK he could make from SELLING an OAP's bus pass and a UK Driving Licence ? I'm not SURE why he needs the money as he TOLD me he MAXED out a load of bank cards he found on a TRAIN yesterday after the GAME.

Mine were stopped within an hour and the last transactions were mine so not a problem to me just a little inconvenient me being so careless.
