:lolol: Very good.

I'm seriously considering a holiday in Wales with a few friends at the moment, there's an organisation called the Landmark Trust that specialise in slightly unusual properties (lighthouses etc) that have a lot of stuff there.

So far - Thailand. Not just the islands, all of it. And I have family in Switzerland where it is always a pleasure to go. And obviously not pay sky-high hotel costs while I'm doing it.

Australia was good to visit  :lolol:

seriously - New York is fantastic - lived there for some time and thought it was amazing in its own twisted way...
Tokyo was fantastic too, as was Hong Kong - super people!! Haven't really been anywhere I haven't liked yet to be honest...

I'm a culture vulture. I like places with lots of history and fantastic scenery. For me the most exciting place I have been has got to be Peru. Scenery is unbelievable, people are very friendly and it's full of the most amazing ruins. And you get to eat guinea pig

In Europe it's Italy. Food, history, football, weather. A great combination

Love Budapest so Hungary would be high but top of the list is Esotonia. Tallinn is a fantastically beautiful city. The beer is cheap (and very good), the food is excellent and the people are so friendly.

Great place - highly recommend it.

Australia and the Bahamas - but I wouldn't want to live at either of 'em.

I know what you mean. The Bahamas is a funny country. The people are either incredibly nice or have enormous chips on their shoulder. Personally I won't bother going back. And Nassau - what a dump. I've seen that advert for the Bahamas on telly and the street they feature is just about the only street in the "town". (And the other street is grim)

As for Australia, lovely country for a holiday but too much of a backwater for me. Nice outdoor lifestyle though.

Canada is my pick - I'm going to Norway soon and I suspect that will rival Canada in my ratings...

Lao PDR, specially right down in the South by the Cambodian border (Si Phan Don). Cambodia's good, too, and Vietnam. But Laos is tops.

Copenhagen is a beautiful city! And Legoland was fantastic.

Can't wait until I go to Nairobi.

Zimbabwe for me (before Mugabe completely ****ed it up). Much less of a racial undercurrent than Kenya (at the time) and nowhere near as touristy. Victoria Falls is the most spectacular thing I've ever seen, especially from a helicopter that has an all glass bubble at the front.

I spent my honeymoon in Sozopol, Bulgaria

Hi :)

It's still nice there - although really it is a little more crowded than when you visited it :)

The best country I've been to are France, Italy and Hungary - I can't decide which is better - they all are beautiful, especially the small cities :)

p.s. I saw there are some visitors from this forum on our site http://bulgarianstuff.bgfree.biz and I'm searching for the thread with the link.
