What is it with Swindon fans and being deluded

I thought the 2nd penalty was very soft and they should have had one soon after that.

I would like to see their goal again as it looked like a deflection.

They played well without being dangerous. Better than I thought they would be. Our two penalties were spot on. I agree they were unlucky not to get awarded one in the first half.

depends on where you were sitting i bsuppose but stonewall penalty deliberate trip although totaly unnecessary as there appeared no real danger as for their goal it looked as though it swerved late but cant be sure

I thought Swindon played pretty well today, they battled for everything. But they posed absolutely no goal-threat at all... whereas we do.

That shot banged back off the bar would have to constitute a goal threat surely.

Swindon deserved better than nothing today, but when you are doen the bottom it soesn't work like that.
God knows we ought to know this over the years.

We won because we had more quality going forward. Simple as that.

I thought they played some good football, if they carry on playing the way they played today they wont be going down!

I thought the same but looking at the league table its a tall order to stay up. I do wonder what they have been doing this season as they do seem too good to go down

Swindon, today, were one of the better sides we have played this season. If they can get someone to bang in a few goals. They could stay up.

They played at their best and probably deserved a point.
We played at about 65% and still had too much for them.
In the end, quality always comes through. We could afford to miss a pen and still beat them because we have a Murray, and they quite plainly do not. Fair play to them, they came and had a go and didn't just shut up shop trying for a point or a smash-and-grab. But like the 14 teams before them, whatever they tried, however they tried it, they failed.

We are simply too good for this level.

They were good today - but we were just better and deserved the win although a draw wouldn't have been particularly unfair as I thought we only shaved it. Beachy - nailed on pen the 2nd one - we all appealed - blatant trip. The worse thing was Dicker had 2 mins to wait after placing the ball cos of Swindon's protests and then that short little twat had the cheek to go move it which didn't help.

They played as well as we let them & apart from when they hit the bar never looked like getting an equaliser , all we had to do was sit back & wait for the ball,Not good enough & going down .... end of story.
