Haven't had it yet but will have the rest of the home-made carrot and lentil soup with a slice of my home-made bread (there's an advantage in having no bread in the shops).

Meopham, Kent.
Grated mature cheddar and coleslaw in a rather tasty seeded batch loaf.

It was very nice indeed.

2 cheese rolls washed down with a pint of blackcurrant and apple squash.
Then a pear followed by a Screwball.

Right here, right now
One hot sausage roll, a Sainsburys curry slice and a belgian bun! Over a period of 3 hours - not all at once!

I am going to have some Sainsbury's Chickpea and Lentil soup. It's less than 1% fat you know

A chicken & mayo with sweetcorn bap from the deli, which was rather bland and disappointing.
Happily though, lunch was subsequently rescued by a bag of t-bone steak flavoured ROYSTERS, which were cuffing superb. Why these crisps are rarer than hens teeth I have no idea, but they truley are a king amongst crisp.

Sneaked a couple of beaters in as well.

Mrs Gwylan polished off all the soup - I had to make do with a cheese and pickle sandwich
