A decent wage paying job that offered overtime if you were saving for a house or new car.

Old size Creme Eggs and Wagon Wheels

Decent chippy's that stayed open til just after closing time.

Bobbies on the beat, especially at night.

Car parks and on road parking that that do not rip you off.

I can only assume this was an error.

Surely you meant this?

Something just struck me about pop stars of today when seeing that photo

Pop stars of today wearing that amount of ''bling'' - You only notice the ''bling''

How come back then we never remember Suzie's ''bling'' but the ''leather jump suit'' she is wearing no one of a certain age ever forgot it and if you say Suzie Quatro - That outfit is the first thing that pops into your head ?

What I want is ''distance''

By that I mean - I recall walking home from school it used to take ages. Talking to your mates and noticing everything in your surroundings enjoying friends and conversations.

Now when I go home and walk the distance between my old school and parents home, I see nothing. When I meet up with my mates it is all about getting to the destination as soon as possible. I would like to see the the carefree days come back when you appreciate everything which surrounds you and there is no rush to go anywhere.

Bushy Lulu's , iv'e noticed they've just started to become more popular down at my local swimming baths , now it could be that it's a fashion thing or that i live in wales and nothing's ever changed here , i'm not too sure which but it's great to see nonetheless .

Really? Looks more like a daft comment to me, certainly not one that makes any sense. Maybe a failed attempt at humour..........?

Oh well, who gives a toss............

Apologies. If I'd known you would be so precious I wouldn't have bothered.
