I went to the dentist this morning and was told to avoid chewing anything until this evening.

I actually dropped half of one stick on the floor
I very rarely have lunch as i tend to have late breakfast and early dinner . On the rare occasion maybe half a sandwich and bag of crisps or coffee and biscuit !
leftovers, almost always on a school day
today was potatoes ( lightly roasted in a splash of olive oil and rosemary) a roasted stuffed chicken thigh fillet and some mixed beans ( edamame, broad and peas)
Hold on, just hold on. Dinner is what you have mid-way through the day. Tea is what you have in the evening. OK!!!

What with breakfast , mid morning snacks , elevenses , lunch , afternoon tea , high tea ( why no low tea ? ) , dinner , evening meal , supper , etc , etc how do we find the time to do anything other than eat ?

Funny you ask. I've felt a bit blocked up recently, so I've had a cheeky Ruby for lunch and hope it generates a movement later. Looking forward to napping in my chair for a while now.
