It would've been aubergine curry with brown rice but, alas no. Just a bowl of gazpacho as I went to the dentist this morning and was told to avoid chewing anything until this evening.

Kitbag in Dubai
Pizza with a sweet and sour sauce sandwich on white bread.

No doubt my arteries will thank me in due course.

Make your bloody mind up, you either want to eat well or not !

Life's a balancing act, innit. The healthy sandwich and zero calorie coke facilitate the giant twix!

And to make the twix slightly less unhealthy, I actually dropped half of one stick on the floor

I very rarely have lunch as i tend to have late breakfast and early dinner . On the rare occasion maybe half a sandwich and bag of crisps or coffee and biscuit !

Hold on, just hold on. Dinner is what you have mid-way through the day. Tea is what you have in the evening. OK!!!

leftovers, almost always on a school day

today was potatoes ( lightly roasted in a splash of olive oil and rosemary) a roasted stuffed chicken thigh fillet and some mixed beans ( edamame, broad and peas)

Leftovers? LEFTOVERS! Blimey. I had a cheese and tomato sandwich. White bread.

Sorry , all these terms confuse the heck out of me ! :D
What with breakfast , mid morning snacks , elevenses , lunch , afternoon tea , high tea ( why no low tea ? ) , dinner , evening meal , supper , etc , etc how do we find the time to do anything other than eat ?

The meal midway through the day is LUNCH. That's why its called LUNCHTIME.

Dinner / Tea are interchangeable as the evening meal in my world. (Unless you are going OUT, obviously - nobody goes 'out to tea').

Funny you ask. I've felt a bit blocked up recently, so I've had a cheeky Ruby for lunch and hope it generates a movement later. Looking forward to napping in my chair for a while now.

Don’t sleep too heavily…….just saying.:lolol:
