Why? He impressed when he was on loan there and scored goals, as I pointed out when you first made that post. Given that, I'm sure they would have been pleased to sign him permanently.

Just read this article and knew someone would have posted about it

I'm stunned. He looked useless on the few occasions we got to see him. Still, the fact he got any game time means he must have been doing something right in training.
