What have I just seen?

Don't know this part of Brighton too well, so I'll have to describe my location.

Was heading to the Raccourse from the Amex. Through Woodingdean and stopped at some lights by the side of the racecourse, near the top of Bear Road. Looking to my right (north) in the field in the distance is a raised area that's noticeably greener than the surrounding field. There is also clearly some man made structure within.

Any idea what it is?
