Dead Poets "Captain, my captain" where they get up on the desks
Schindler's Pissed "I could have saved more" speech at the end
Marley and Me (obviously NSC!)
Bridges of Madison County when she doesn't open the truck door towards the end and run to Eastwood

The film for me was Schindler's List, purely for the example of mans inhumanity to each other.
