Dead Poets "Captain, my captain" where they get up on the desks
Schindler's Pissed "I could have saved more" speech at the end
Marley and Me (obviously NSC!)
Bridges of Madison County when she doesn't open the truck door towards the end and run to Eastwood

Not sure if nonfiction films count, but 'Burma VJ' left me a ruin of a man after I first saw it.
