rcf are my initials, 0712 represents 7" and 12" vinyl - very dull but I've been using it for years.... Haven't we done this before?

When I first started playing online poker, asked me for screen name and my kids were watching TV at the time so first thing that came into my head. Has stuck ever since

Named after one of the most God awful referees I've had the misfortune to watch. I guess if I'd chosen it a year or two later it would have been Prosser the Tosser.

Chosen when I was MUCH younger and sank pints of Extra Cold Guinness in the Welly before toddling off to Withdean. The 'Boy' part is because, at the time, I did not consider myself to be very grown up.

I do remember NSC when you had to enter your username for every post and could therefore choose a different one. This led to the IP address being displayed, then needing to register, then eventually this fine site here *points at here*

Sandwich anyone?

When I was a wee lad in Shoreham I fondly remember Saturday tea times. As a ritual, my mother would make chocolate brownies and we'd eat them by the fireside at half past four.

My father wasn't that much interested in football, but my mother could see that her son was fascinated and never more so than when the final scores rolled in. She was prepared to persevere with me, and in return I allowed her to giggle at some of the team names. The name she found the funniest was Hamilton Academicals. We ended up charting their rise and fall (normally bumping between div 2 and 3 of the day.)

Hamilton is my Scottish team now, and two year's ago I visited Douglas Park. It was all very strange as I tried to explain to the woman in their ticket office why I was there. I rather wish my Mum had been there with me. If they had been playing Stenhousemuir then that would have made her day.

My previous name of London_seagull just didn't seem appropriate seeing as I have lived in Reading for 7 years.

I am also the proud owner of Paul Reids sock from the 2004 playoff final (still unwashed)

Because he couldn't.

One of my most vivid memories is of a midweek evening game at the Goldstone. Sully got hold of the ball outside the area and took a swing. It was so high it hit the roof of the South Stand. And a legend was born...

Anyone remember who we were playing?

I was going to call myself spoon me but I thought it sounded a bit too rude.

I did once register with a knife forum with the intention of trolling the **** out of some daft rightard Americans, but I was banned before I even posted because (direct quote) "Fork Me is an inappropriate username for a forum about knives"
