What does this banner on the side of the West Pier circa 1995 say?

I've no idea why I was so desperate to know that at 1:30 this morning but it was really bothering me.

I miss the West Pier I do, even if it was never in operation during my life. When it was a creepy old wreck it was kinda cool but now it's just a hunk of scrap metal sticking out of the sea
