Egg goes in the top, egg white comes out that back. Simple (although I can do it with the egg shell option).

Sounds a brilliantly inconvenient gadget. You have to get it out of the box, set it up, pour in the egg, make it work, pour out the separated egg, wash the gadget, dry it and then put it back in the box.

I like it.

I got, flights to Rome in the Easter holiday, a nice slate cheese board, jelly babies, a yard of jaffer cakes, Dark Knight Rises DVD and cash.. no socks, slippers or DIY tools, so, very pleased!
