The arse end of Hangleton
The Wet Place ..... I'll never forget that sliding tackle by Gary Hart where he appeared to slide half a pitch length !

But in reality as a local at the time it was always Withdean to me.

Withdean in the 70's, Withdean when we played there and Withdean when I do my track sessions on a Monday night.

Withdean or if I was telling someone that I was going to a match and they had no clue about football or the Albion, I would say Withdean Stadium.

I called it Withdean Stadium before the Albion played there.

a galaxy far far away
I used to call it the Withdean. Then i'd go to the Sportsman afterwards and see if I could watch the Arsenal on the telly

There was a 'this is the Withdean' sign as the players left the Portkabin dressing rooms.

Must have really intimidated the opposition.

Withdean. The use of "the" was only acceptable when given its full title of The Withdean Stadium!

Seems like such a distant memory now, the time spent there.
