Exactly. Two unconvincing pens in a row from Neal. Very convincing from Pascal ... but will he be on the pitch when the pens come along?

This - need to find one as Gross is not the answer based on previous form.
I think i'm in a minority here, but I personally think Veltman will start more games that Lamptey this season, however I can see this as our most common sub. After 65 mins the tiring oppo full back realises Lamptey is coming on for him to deal with. Demoralising

But not a great ratio to pens taken, methinks. Hughton obviously didn't fancy, nor has GP until NM missed again today.
Maupay isn't our penalty taker
I just saw the penalty on replay, it looked pretty good to me? Just over of those where the keeper goes the right way
What did the condition of the pitch look like to those that were there? I watched on the Albion tv thing and it seemed a bit scruffy with bare patches in the goal mouths? Every time I see other PL pitches on tv they look immaculate. Maybe the stream didn’t do it justice?
Was Groß on the pitch when we got the first one?
Did AJ get on then? Must have missed that - I got a bit lost at the end (not at the ground, just following on tele). So does that mean that the only player in the squad who didn't get on was Gyokeres?
I'd add that with more pace elsewhere in the starting line up his lack of pace can be carried better and he can be a very incisive passer with runners going past him.No great fan of Gross' contributions over the past 18 months but he looked steady and assured today - maybe he has a role to play in as an older head in a more younger squad
March was very good today, he’s got the ability to be a very good player, just lacks consistency.
I was impressed with all of the kids, none of them looked out of place.
Reece James is a horrible sh¡t.

When I last watched Steven Alzate pre-lockdown he physically looked like a teenager, today he looked as though he's morphed into a big strong unit.
He's going to be a great player.
Molumby really impressed me today!
