but a crap ( ok bit harsh , not as good as the book) film.

bit like Fever Pitch and About a Boy... hmmmm notice a pattern here.

I agree Fever Pitch as a film is quite poor compared to the book .... prefer When Saturday Comes ... but actually quite like the film About A Boy - even though I think Huge Grant is a complete tosser

Just finished National Service by Richard Eyre; it's about his time in charge of the National Theatre.

Just started Shopped by Joanna Blythman, about the excessive power of supermarkets.

just about to start Ricky Tomlinsons autobiography, and have just finished Jimmy Greaves' autobiography.

The Ricky Tomlinson book is great. Am reading Nasser Hussains autobiography - strange bloke, interesting read but pretty badly written.

Halfway through 'Streetfighters' by Julian Davies. Quite a compelling read & only requires the intelligence of a spanner to understand.

Just finished Chainfire by Terry Goodkind. Its one of those fantasy wizzards etc type books but its about number 12 in the series so you would have to read them all to know what the f he is on about

Also just finished Deception Point by the davinci code bloke.....not bad plot is good but I got the feeling he gopt bored 3/4 way through and just ended it!

Started the other one by the davinci code bloke, the one where a computer encryption code is put into a deep thought type machine and it cant crack it! I am half way through and just about to give up.

This week i will mostly be reading.....how to erect a garden shed and where to get one from.:lolol:
