‘One Kick’ by Chelsea Cain. Well written, not a wasted or superfluous word.

Anyone doing the just released Gary Numan autobiography? Very well reviewed from what I’ve seen.

Numan was interviewed on Radio Sussex the other day, the autobio sounds great. A new perspective on his entire life.

Currently on page 555 of 755 of Jon Lee Anderson’s “Che Guevara a revolutionary life”. It’s an easy read luckily for me - almost in the style of a thriller. I knew little about him before I picked up the book, other than the T shirt of course. Turns out he was a bloody Argie, just like Maradona.

How are you finding it?

I read and enjoyed 'A Season with Verona'

Jury out for now as only read 1st chapter, however, if as good as a Season in Verona should be fine this book focuses on his kids and living in Italy

"I am Brian Wilson" - the autobiography of one of my musical heroes. Its a hard read, it rambles a bit, and he comes across as very honest, which all adds to the authenticity of a genius who has had a hard life - albeit in part self-inflicted.

I have tickets for his Covid-delayed concert at The Dome in July, here's hoping!
