We are all accountable for our own actions.
Remember it's often challenging and hard work for each of us to always stay mentally well and happy.
However difficult you feel a situation is, the sun will still rise in the morning.

Generally try and do to others how I would like to be treated. Also think it's important to respect other peoples point of views , even if I don't personally agree. There is too much hard divide in society these days and a lot of it is avoidable.

I live my life in line with Asimov's 3 laws of course. Well sadly, sometimes it feels like I should be.

Try to have multiple pillars in your life, whether that is family, friends, work, hobbies, the albion.
Have a sense of humour
Make time to do the things you enjoy, but not to the detriment of the things you have to do
Try and enjoy the things you have to do
Keep an open mind
Don't be too hard on yourself or take yourself too seriously
Spread the love
Be sincere
