It is f*cking miserable. I may cook something nice and catch up on a couple of films this afternoon/evening and work my way through a bottle of red.

Been good and sunny here in Eastbourne the past couple of hours. May go for a walk.....

I went for a 6 mile run and the weather was REALLY bad. The first time i have had runners nipple and blood was streaming from my left one...........happy days!

Yesterday was pretty bad too and around about this time I put the film Watchmen on. Seen it before so knew what I was letting myself in for. Anyway- fell asleep after half an hour so going to attempt again shortly.

On a separate note- my two kids are adult age now. However, the thought of what it was like on days like this- indoors all day with them as toddlers- fills me with absolute horror.
