How do you work that one out?

Wow, where to start with that one?!?

Err the unbelievable 3 and a half years we've just had?!?!?

If you can't see how amazing the last few years have been, there's no point in this conversation.

Personally I think we're simply paying the price of delaying everything after all the Poyet dismissal kerfuffle. Oscar hasn't been here long enough to assess everything and get some of his own players in to plug some of the alarming gaps we have in the squad.

There's no point in this conversation because it's with you.

How come you have permanent rose-tinted specs on for years and then remove them when we have a new manager.

I blame the clackers. Gus was right, there was a gypsy curse on the clackers !

My point is as a new manager you want to make an impression.Losing away at Leeds is fair enough but losing at home to a team that was not even a league team last season is embarrassing .

Have you missed everything that's been happening since the Palace game.

Hardly good preparation for the next season was it?

That's not Gus' fault though is it?

And correct me if I'm wrong but our beloved Chief Executive wrote to all 1901ers and ST holders assuring them that our preparations for the new season were unhindered by the situation with Gus.

So I am sorry, saying Gus left us in a mess is just plain wrong.

Or we just have no money

Absolutely, 100% THIS. A good majority tipped us on here to finish in the top six this season, deluded doesn't even cover it! Coupled with a few other things that I touched on in another thread we just cannot expect Oscar to deliver what Gus did last season, we haven't even had a full pre-season ffs with the new manager. We really need to check our expectations on here this season otherwise NSC with quite literally EXPLODE.

Our home games are really important now.

If we can just win them we can stay in with a shout until Oscar can sort out the mess Gus left us in.

Yeah with millions to spend and spunk. Wonder what he's do with no money to spend. Gus was a one trick pony.

How the hell was that not Gus's fault?

Whose fault was it then?

You can dress it up whichever way you like, Gus did not engineer the situation the way it turned out, and he certainly was not the one that made it take so long.

Feel free to ignore the rest of the post won't you.
