If it's foods rather than meals mine would be:

Cheese
Bread
Potatoes
Onions
Tomatoes

Sounds boring but a lot of what I like to eat includes this stuff

This is soooo difficult. I could do with it being a top 25, not top 5. Here goes anyway ...

1 ... Branston Piickle
2 ... Pork pies
3 ... Corned beef
4 ... Dolmades (Greek stuffed vine leaves)
5 ... Pineapple

oh and if we can include drink as well, l'll replace the pineapple with retsina.

1 - Curry. Not fussed as to what one but not too hot or too mild
2 - Papa John's 'All The Meats' pizza
3 - Whopper and chips
4 - Cod and chips with mushy peas and white bread and butter
5 - Kebab and chips

EDIT: Really wanted to fit in the KFC Zinger Tower meal with a Sprite. Might replace kebabs at #5 some days.

Of course it's 'proper food'! If I said my diet was twigs and ball-bearings then I wouldn't be eating 'proper' food. An American food institute has already proved conclusively that actually the ultimate health food is an ASDA pepperoni pizza! I'm just ahead of the curve here.
