At 1030 on Saturday, I shall mostly be wearing nothing. I'll still be in bed as I couldn't get hold of a glory-hunting-band-wagon-joining ticket.
There a single ticket and a pair of tickets in the ticket exchange on here Mr Pasty.

DO NOT WEAR BRIGHTON STRIPES !!!

it is not the albion, it is cricket, a sucessful team at the peak of the powers, just forget about the albion, it is nothing to do with them.

Enjoy the glorious day watching the sharks, and lets hope for the right result

As for dress code:
Panama Hat
Suit Jacket
Nice Ironed Sky Blue Shirt
Sussex CCC Tie
Hawaiian Shorts
Flip Flops

Come On Sussex !!!

Amen to that. Off to look for Panama hats at lunchtime ...

i will be going for the mark mcghee look - shirt, two top buttons undone, blazer, suit trousers and maybe some form of straw hat. i am contemplating taking my caine, and also have to decide between the bowler hat or my famous cricketing straw hat

all to be completed with my lime green trainers:clap:

What's all this bollocks about straw/panama hats, blazers and shorts about? Is it some kind of cricketing 'joke' to show how wacky everyone is, a la office workers wearing homer simpson ties? Or are most cricket fans inelegantly dressed gimps?

It's about being appropriately dressed and making the point this this is NOT a football match (although why anyone wants to spend £40 on on bit of nylon has always been beyond me).

its a (relatively) free country, so although neither me nor Lois would wear stripes to Lords, if you want to wear an Albion shirt wear it, there'll be plenty of Burnley/Blackburn/Man City on view

Whilst it is kinda strange to wear a football top to a cricket game why do you have to make the point by wearing such a terrible concoction as a straw hat, blazer, hawaiin shirt, shorts and flip flops?!
