Obviously after tonight changes need to be made.

Dicker and tunnicliffe in the squad along with dickinson getting some bloody help up front!

Well obviously Smith will be in goal.

Tunnicliffe right back, Whing left back.

Thornhill Dicker in the middle. Wright on the wing.

Forster Dickinson up front.

If that isn't the team I'd be shocked...

Mr Vulture, 100% agree.

On the plus side, our weak link will hopefully have been exposed tonight and Slade will, hopefully, have beaten him to a bloody pulp in the dressing room. :lol:

Seriously, El-Abd is the only player at the club I SERIOUSLY want to see the back of. It's time the madness ended, he should be sacked.

Thought it might have been better to play El Abd at RB and move Whing to the left - I know he's not so happy there, but ay least he is a full back! Or we could have been really radical and played the club's only fit LB - step forward young Cook; he did OK when called upon last season.
Bring in Dicker to midfield, certainly. Not sure who else; all pretty much a muchness really; never heard of them before they came here, and they weren't wanted where they were - guess they've all got to have a chance to prove themselves to be better than Loft and Fraser; just a shame none of them has, so far.
And go 4-4-2 - even if Forster and Davies can only do 45 minutes each; or even 4-4-1-1, with Tiny in the hole.......
As for GK, I suppose we'll have to see how 5-goals-in-half-a-match-Smith shapes up. He'd better be good - I always thought that with Michel and Sully we had the GK position sorted, with no need to spend money we haven't got a lot of; Smith has a lot to live up to.
Team for next match -
Smith;
Whing; Elphick; Virgo; Cook;
Wright; Dicker; Who cares, pick any one from two or three; McLeod / Cox
Dickinson; Forster / Davies / Cox.

We need Nicky Forster or Gary Hart right now.
