Nothing worse than standing in a queue outside the ground listening to the crowds roars. Happened at Goldstone quite often to me getting into North and Chicken Run.

Arrived at Wycombe, a few years ago, just before half time due to snow. Just in time to see Brezovan throw the ball into his own net - went in 2-1 down - won 5-2 !!

Missed Bellamys goal this season due to transport problems.

Working in Preston about 20 years ago and decided to drive across to see Blackburn vs Sunderland - didn't know it was all ticket until I got to gate and couldn't get in. Had to run back to car , consult newspaper and drive down to Bolton to see last 20 minutes of game at Burnden Park - also got a parking ticket for illegally parking near ground.

My mate is a Manure fan off the cuff one day at uni we decided to drive up to a carling cup game at Old Trafford. Because of heavy traffic we arrived at half time to some very unsympathetic stewards outside the ground. Eventually we convinced them we had travelled for hours and had broken down on the way and got let for free. Probably the one and only time i will ever go to that place and my claim to fame blagging 45 minutes of free football.
