tis lovely - we've just been to visit the ducks at the Swiss Cottage pub around the corner, not sure what the locals do the the ducks and the water around there but there are a few three eyed, weird billed, strange legged species....

Is that the Swiss in Shoreham?
If so, my Nan was born in the pub, apparently, my great nan worked behind the bar and couldn't afford to take time off so she worked to the last minute, but a couple of minutes longer than she should.
I reckon I should get free beer in that pub, as it's in the family and all that.

I'm sure it wqas probably a nicer pub back then - as it is at the moment I wouldn't go there if you paid me!! We only go to the retirement village at the back of the pub to see the ducks...
