What the hell is that all about? Is it temporary whilst they have no staff or something else to piss fans off? We were told by the stewards that we had to go to the lower level bars, strangely the west lower was mobbed as a result so didn’t bother going in. Surely they wont be doing that in the winter? Will certainly mean less sales of alcohol and food post match.
We were directed to the north stand which was rammed obviously it was made all the more full due the rail issues

Aren't they on a fixed price contract?
I would guess, and it is only a guess, they are on a fixed contract with targets. So club buys x number of pies from piglets and Seduxo or whatever their name is are paid to sell said pies but with a target of not to cook too many as uncooked ones can be saved for the next match. Probably some kind of performance payment involved.

Have you thought about taking these complaints up with the fans representatives who in turn can feed these various (not just yours) complaints.
The Fan Advisory Board have demanded a meeting with Sodexo this week. They have asked us to send a list of all the complaints in advance, which we are doing today.

Interestingly only one complaint received to the FAB email address.

We're on it. We will publish the outcome on www.bhafc.fab.co.uk

That’s a lot of dough.

My complaint is no programmes inside - we didn’t get one for the first time in years!

I guess many fans will not really know how to contact the FAB or would think to email them about this topic so having you put information like this on here (and I assume other channels) is really helpful.

I assume that you 'allowed' to use feedback gathered from NSC in your feedback.

Thanks. We try to let people know how to contact us. Its on the Albion website. We have our own website now too www.bhafc-fab.co.uk

NSC is obviously a great place to gather information from and we can do what we like. Gather feedback from anywhere. We're independent.
But we need specific details to go to Sodexo with.
Like the Harveys ran out in Dick's bar while the Newcastle game was still on. Heineken ran out at 2.10pm in the WSU.

You can see the list we're going with on the news section of the website later today - and the responses we get after the meeting.

ESU had far far too few staff and queues snaking around the concourse pre 2pm. Joined a queue at half time but never made it to the front before 2nd half started. The few staff were doing their best but inexperienced and no sign of anyone in charge. Had run out of a lot of hot food. There is a sign for Heineken beer token to exchange for a bottle but has been there for years without being used. Some kind of automated drinks would be good.

I think you've hit the nail on the head here. If there was someone more senior in each of the concessions organising the servers, keeping them motivated, actually reporting on stock levels then the whole thing could be vastly improved.

ESU was a shambles on Saturday. The queues just didn't seem to move. Even my twelve year old suggested a separate area just serving beer/soft drinks (East Lower I note has a Neck Oil bar) would help a lot.

Additionally no programs being sold, fine if that is the case for this season but just communicate it in advance, because then would have joined the other massive queue for those outside the ground!

And finally.... don't insult our intelligence with marketing stating ONLY £5.80 for a sausage roll!!!

The marketing screens could be better served showing the menu for longer than predominantly telling you the cups are biodegradable. Then people might know what they want when they reach the front. The number of people who have the conversation with their group once at front of queue stuns me. Also no mention on screens of the 10% discount with an Amex card which they applied only if you asked for it.

You’re right, the number of people who seem to have a chat with their group about what the order should be after they’ve just been asked by the server is unbelievable.

One bloke on Saturday spent around 3 minutes at the front discussing who knows what with the server. He left with one hot drink.

Probably everything else he wanted to order was out of stock!

Gods country fortnightly
Seemed pretty quiet after the game on Saturday, understandable. Stayed till 5.15 and joined the southern rail shitshow

That's good news, does that include the early closing of the upper bars?
Thanks(y)

WSU was a half time shitshow. I don't normally bother, but due to poor time-management on Saturday on my part, I went in the 43rd minute to get a pie and a beer, but joined a queue right back at the window. Eventually got to the counter nearly 20 minutes later (having abandoned any thoughts of having a beer) to find the only hot food left was the katsu chicken burger. I was absolutely hank marvin, so reluctantly parted with the thick end of six quid for one of those. And it was shite.

I got back to my seat in the 48th minute with that crappy burger. I mean f*cking hell, HOW do they manage to be so utterly, utterly SHITE at this ? From staff levels, to stock levels, its a truly staggering level of incompetence from what is supposedly masquerading as a specialised catering company.

Along with all the SASTA post-match chaos, if it wasn't for the actual game itself, the entire day would've been about as much fun as a night on the town with Grant Shapps.
