As the Sky boys said, how can you go off for bad light at a ground where there are floodlights?
Just make a standard reading for a slow bowler, allow it to be a bit darker than for a quick. They've all got the same light meter so it should be the same in any country. This would all need to be tested scientifically and agreed between the national boards of course. That's just not true: there's a world of difference between facing Fidel Edwards or Chris Gayle - the light required would be completely different.
