I know of Eintracht Frankfurt 6-1 Rangers followed by Rangers 3-6 Eintracht Frankfurt in the European Cup Semi-Final in 1960. Eintracht, of course, got stuffed 7-3 by Real Madrid in the final at Hampden.

I know it's not going through to a Final ,but in 1945/46 The Fa cup was played over 2 legs and Aldershot beat Newport [IOW] 12 0 over 2l legs which is the record that still stands.
