I went to Upton Park today in the hope of seeing a West Ham win. Palace were well worth their three points and Murray never stopped running and was a constant threat. It hurts me to say it but the Palace support was very good throughout.

Murray looked a dangerous player today but should have gone for the fouls and then a blatant dive before he got his first goal. Not saying this cos he plays for Palace as he was an excellent diver when he played for us and he won us no end of games.

Did we release him? I thought his contract came to an end and he was no longer connected to the Albion. However, I do think the club made a mistake in not offering him a better contract that he might have accepted.

IIRC Murray wanted a lot more than the Albion was going to pay, more money and a longer deal, so surely It was 100% Glenn's decision.
